CoQ10 is eaten up with toxins that should be removed with CoQ-A.
IMO the use of http://www.iherb.com/product-reviews/Now-Foods-Pantethine-300-mg-60-Softgels/...
is a better option to using CoQ10.

Before anyone brings up B5 again, this is 5 enzymatic pathways above B5. One of the key ones is limited by B1 uptake which is way too low for todays toxin load:
