It can be tough.

You might want to try some additional things:

Sauna - couple times a week. start with 1/2 hour, you can go up to a few hours. See how you feel, and get lots of nutrients to replenish any lost. You'll sweat out toxins this way.

Another thing, ginkgo biloba - leaves, nuts or powder (capsule). Leaves are considered "sweeter" and have a gentle effect and are primarily used for cerebral circulation.

Lots of water. Warm water in the morning is a common Chinese therapeutic maneuver.

Exercise as you can.
