Dieting alone won't likely be enough. Though there are numerous dietary supplements that can help fight Candida overgrowth and help restore the digestive tract in the process. ie. coconut oil, olive leaf extract, garlic, onions, almonds, ginger, olive oil, lemon and lime, pumpkin seeds, etc.
Aside from this, I think it's worth pointing-out that healthy people don't develop Candida overgrowth. Which raises the question as to what it is that is causing such overgrowth's in sellect people to begin with. And more importantly.... whether they end-up fighting a loosing battle by treating the symptoms rather than the cause.
