I cannot off much formal advice, but what you did is not very wrong especially because of the way you feel about it. You sound very normal to me except that I believe you are addicted to p 0 r n. It can be very addictive.
What is more wrong is that others in authority did not keep better control on the situation and allowed the young girl to be in your bedroom, it happens.
The sexua| urges of a young man are very strong, nothing wrong with that and you have a healthy outlook on respect for others so apart from your guilt which probably stems from being told off frequently by other significant people in your life I do not see that you have done such a wrong thing. Do not do it again though and that girl has to be kept out of your room because the sexua| urges will overcome your good sense.
My personal opinion is that what you did is normal and that predatory behaviour where a person cleverly traps other people into giving them sex is very wrong.
I do not know if you can learn EFT - it is free - which you can find out about through http://www.eftuniverse.com
amongst many other sites on the internet, but if you could you can get some very good relief for yourself. It is otherwise called 'tapping', there is a forum on it here at this site, the EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques.
If you do learn to do it you will help yourself significantly. Even better, find a person who practices it and see if you can get some help from them.
