Fatty Cyst on left shoulder

I have had a large 4 in diameter sebaceous cyst on my left scapula, and it's now starting to apply pressure on my shoulders and is causing me pain.

I'd like first to explore a non-surgical method of removing it.

I have considered the skin punch, drain, and wall removal method, as the least invasive surgical procedure.

I was wondering if anyone had success with Bloodroot Black Drawing Salve to remove a cyst.

Are there any nutritional methods? I heard that some enzyme supplements may eventually dissolve fatty cysts.

I'm open to explore alternative ideas before I go under the knife!
