Confused about how to take ingredients to get rid of ascaris to stop my asthma

I was wondering what book it is in or if anyone can tell me the proper way to take the three ingredients to get rid of Ascaris and how long I should wait before takin them again to make sure the Ascaris doesn;t come back. Also how long should I be on these ingredients. I know they are Black-Walnut , cloves, and Wormwood , (please correct me if they aren't because I really need to get this right) the reason I ask is because I've tried asking the places that sell these items but they WILL NOT tell me. All they say is 'talk to your doctor'. COuld someone please point me in the direction of the proper way to take these items? In my case it could very well be a matter of life and death, I am a severe asthmatic and have awoke at night almost suffocating to try to get to my breating machine which is probably 5 feet from me.
Please let me know if you can.
Also with Ascaris how accurate is the blood test for Anti-Ascaris IgE to see if I still have sensitivity to it or not
