She is around 60 years old and therefore IMHO should know better than to behave like this. If it is someone else (I don't think there were "employees", certainly she could direct that person to behave decently, but...no...

I agree 100%!!!! I won't, at this point, believe anything she/they say because of all the crazy behavior on the FB pages, putting out marketing messages and worrying about maintaining interest in the books with no regard for being honest and forthright!
