Converting Ionic Silver into Colloidal Silver with Dextrin??

Hello, I just finished visiting the Silver Lungs generator web site which claims that you can convert Ionic Silver to "true" Colloidal Silver with a reducing agent.

The reducing agent is a non-toxic "dextrin" carbohydrate powder.

They also say that this reducing agent can only be added to Ionic Silver produced with their machine.

Once the agent is added, you are instructed to heat up the solution for about 10 min and there you have your true Colloidal Silver which resists HCL in the stomach and is more effective in vivo.

I know there is much debate about Ionic vs. Colloidal. I'm not asking about that.

I would just like an explanation of how dextrin can convert the silver or if this is only a sales pitch.

I'm leaning towards sales pitch because of this:
