Very interesting! Are you oil pulling with sesame also or just the magnesium now? I was always amazed at how fast oil pulling firmed up the gums, but magnesium oil is even faster?
Magnesium is very important stuff and I use a magnesium drink regularly. But keep in mind that too much magnesium can cause low blood pressure and even irregular heart beats (never good). So keep an eye on it. If you start feeling weak like you've had a big drop in blood pressure or heart palpitations ease off for awhile.
If it works well, it could be that twice a day might be too much on a regular basis but twice a week could make a huge difference - who knows?
Keep using (carefully) and keep us up to date. This could be a fantastic breakthrough for people with hypertension, sleep problems, depression, etc - not to mention gum disease.
