I dont understand "my harris out to get me or sciatic" abut I have the majority of those things, gas is mostly belching be cause of my severe hemmeroids.. tons of brain fog and feeling of lethargy and lack of motivation from feeling so shitty and being in pain, constant muscle twitches in all parts of my body, including my head, innercranial pressure and feeling as if my head is pulsing and expanding but my skull wont allow it, forever tired even on 12 hours of sleep, i weigh 105 pounds and am 5'7 -im literally a twig- very weak muscles they are soft and i work 8 to 14 hours everyday (two jobs) Im not hungry but my stomach begins to hurt so bad that im forced to eat something also if i dont eat i feel extremely flue-like sick and once I eat I cant stop until im so full that I can barely move, but will sometimes continue to eat, sensitivity to drugs alcohol cigarettes but i drink a lot of organic black coffee just to stay awake and not act like a zombie, my eyes are really sensitive and they itch and get constantly irritated. At night I have a hard time falling asleep as it feels that my insides are going crazy, and i get suuper hungry at night. Overall im never satisfied (thirst, hunger, sleep) i also have premature ejaculation and low to no sex drive. Oh and im really constipated the majority of the time. Ive been using coffee enemas as a way to relieve liver pain (upper right quadrant under my nipple and then will switch up to my back) and they relieve it for a few hours which is nice. I am a male.
