I can not express the gratitude I feel for your efforts in compiling this message. I am in tears. I have been simply devastated and now I have a plan to get this place cleaned up.

Some of these things we are already doing so it feels good to know I'm part of the way there already (we only use hydrogen peroxide, borax, and vinegar to clean; we use coconut oil daily; we don't eat any high PUFA oils) but we have a LONG way to go.

Bubba is at school today so I'm on the case.
