Here is another extract to add to your collection. Did tannalbit ever give you any bad side effects? How did the bile salts work for you? Right now i'm experimenting with a bile salt dosage to see if it can inhibit candida on a regular basis. There is a fine line of the bile salt dosage where if you take too much it can cause some GI irritation/or die-off like symptoms.
