It may be a difficult decision you have to make.
Like going for surgery or chemo.
You feel the choice is being made for you and you're scared.

Or it may have something to do with compulsive behavior.

I think the hanging position of being up-side down is a good sign. It indicates a change of outlook is needed, but can also indicate indecision, you're "hung up"!
