Healing injury to nose with urine

I received a fairly deep cut to the nose today, with profuse bleeding, applied fresh urine as a poultice, the pain reduced from a 5 to a 0.4.

The bleeding stopped after about 10 minutes though there is still a bit of blood seepage.

Any experiences to share of tips on treating this?
