Yes, I remember you from about 6 years ago on this forum when I used to post a lot. Sorry to see you're still having problems. Is there any reason why surgery to fix the hernia is not possible? I've never heard that you can fix that any other way. It may be easier to get well with everything at least in its proper place? Then maybe you can do the Liver Flushes or other protocols and get them to work, whereas now nothing is working. With a hiatal hernia you may be dealing with toxins lodged in places where the colon doesn't circulate wastes through. Just an idea... :)
