I may have high stomach acid as using HCL just gives me gastritis issues.

FYI - CANDEX which claims "natural enzymes to digest fungal cell walls" includes cellulase, hemicellulase, amylase, invertase and glucoamylase all vegetarian. I do not stand behind this product though I have used it in the past to some effect. Just wanted to throw in this into your debate on cellulase feeding candida....perhaps being vegetarian is the key here, dunno....
