You need Ivermectin and fast. Mebendazole is useless at least for such a short period.

I have the same thing as you. In my nose too. You need to get ivermectin horse paste from amazon.co.uk. Take the width of your little finger 2 hours after eating, just before bed. You can also use the ivermectin paste in nose, on privates, on breasts and under the tongue to absorb well.
