- Porcine Pepsin, vegi sourced does not work against soy.
- ascorbic acid(quercetin) NO quercetin, yes it helps with jaundice because it keeps C in blood but it also disallows the C to fight. SO only some quercetin for those really Lead toxic and of course only if they are chelating.

For a simple black white list that is all I have but a lot of those things have been replaced with better.

One more to aid in NAD and NADH is Benfotiamine, B2 and Niacinamide with Niacin.
This is a tricky combo, they key is to be able to take as much Niacin without overloading your liver.
This begins with most people by ONLY taking Niacinamide and chelating, then adding Niacin as the liver phases are synched.
Not sure how this can be done without muscle testing or even dowsing..or Doctrine..
