Re: WOW!!! Needed to share this with you guys!
For me these frequencies can definitely have an uplifting effect. When I'm stressed, sad, or even just need to focus on something tedious for awhile they really help.
I've tried the Shumann resonance Solfeggio and chakra frequencies. Some of the best are combinations of 2 or more.
Which works best for you is probably very individual. After listening to quite a few, here are the ones that worked best for me.
1) Dr. Jane Maati Smith "Awakened Alpha Chakra". Whoa, this one I play non-stop to really feel good. Helps with sleep, stress, mood lifting even makes me more coordinated. The difference this makes when I have the chance to play it through just before tournament racquetball game is huge - I'll be on fire from the first game and much more coordinated, patient and in sync with the game. It's also helped me through some difficult emotional times greatly.
2) Source Vibrations "Solfeggio Harmonics". Even more helpful in falling to sleep and actually interesting on a musical sound level. But doesn't give quite the mood lift or attunement I get from above.
3) 33 Bowls "Tibetan Singing Bells". Great for for quiet meditative states, and really is uplifting if you have the patience for it. Put it on in your room on a rainy night with candles and incense and enjoy.. Bought this one because it was only $1 on Amazon MP3 but there are probably other Tibetan Singing Bowls discs that are also excellent and maybe a bit less taxing on your patience..
4) Jonathan Goldman "Chakra Chants". REALLY powerful stuff. You feel goosebumps and powerful energy listening to this. It's almost too powerful for me and find myself not playing it as often. The Jane Smith is a lighter more feel good energy that I really connect with..
This stuff works - definitely worth exploring.
