This looks similar to something I had for about a year. I read an article about Pityrosporum Folliculitis. It is caused by a yeast growing in the hair follicles. The recommended treatment is to wash your face with Ketoconazole shampoo (Nizoral) which kills the yeast. I tried it and it has almost completely eliminated the breakouts. I had also tried everything including Antibiotics . I don't know if this is your problem or if you've tried this or not, but hope this may be helpful. Good luck! Tweet
