Re: Should I switch from ALA alone to DMSA&ALA?

CGally81 what brand of ALA do you take. I'm interested in trying to do what you've done for 8 months. I got my silver fillings taken out this past January but never have chelated because i heard i had to wait for at least 3 months before starting to.

I'm just curious at what dose i should start and what brand would be best
