I suffer from AF with low cortisol throughout the morning.
I believe I have clearance issues as well as most supplements make me wired, even in small doses. Typicaly culprits are panthetine, b-complex, liposomal vitamin C and adrenal glandulars. This could be a liver clearance issue.
For example I squeezed out the gel from pantethine gel cap and had it with breakfast. I felt a little wired all day, notably in the legs.
One of the few supplements I tolerate is vitamin C in ascorbic acid form. This gives me some relief in high doses.
Any thoughts for titrating up and tolerating B vitamins? Is there an adjustment period where the wired feeling might eventually settle?
