Great! I'm glad others are using the COQ10 mix. It really DOES seem to speed the healing and health of your gums.

I had bleeding gums for most of my life and it was only when I started oil pulling that it stopped for good. However there ARE various reactions that you'll notice once you start OPing and the swelling of your gums starts to decrease.

Keep pulling and you'll notice steady improvement with your gums. The only exception would be if it turns out you're also allergic to olive oil as with the other oils. But yes OP helps with sinus and nasal discharge as well.
