update... day 6 of urine/water fast

the hives are not ceasing, but I am interpreting that as a healing crisis.

I am very grateful for the support and feedback with urine therapy, especially fasting. I believe in it.

before my initial post, I was just drinking urine and water, and using baking soda water paste for itching and burning. I am now changing my fast regimen.

1. ut/h2o
2. eft (I used to do this, thanks for the reminder)
3. castor oil packs
4. oatmeal baths
5. baking soda water paste
6. urine enema program

7. I have also ordered organic veggies/ fruit from local Coop and will allow myself fresh juice when needed
