I agree! I did a NB program via Dr. Wilson for over 18 months, followed it perfectly and it did absolutely nothing!!!! My numbers, while they shifted a bit, it was back and forth and back and forth and after my 6th hair test, i called it quits! Such a shame, really because i really wanted it to work :(
