Re: Suffering Candida 25 years!

I have had RAGING candida for at least 20 years...at the same time our bodies have different sensitivities. BUT DEFINITELY buy the smallest container possible and give it a try because magnesium makes a HUUUGE difference with ALLLLL of these factors. (adrenal, mercury, candida...because it strengthens the ability for your systems to function to support you)...besides the fact that your hair test indicates you are lacking.

as for ALA...here is why YOUUUU do not need dmsa. your body NATURALLY dumped 6 months after you got your Amalgams out. the WHOLE purpose of ALA is to get the mercury out of your brain and DOWN INTO YOUR BODY so it can naturally eliminate it. in fact Cutler states that it takes more than one round for the mercury you get out of your brain...to get OUT of your body because it is not a direct quick exit.

the only reason he suggests people use DMSA while they are using ALA is to make chelating easier because it tends to make many feel better. but those that have candida tend to have a HORRIBLE time of raging yeast because of it.

do you have cutler's book? if not you can get a lot of info out of these huge lists of posts by him:

here is what I will tell you...when you experience "mercury redistribution" when you stop for a break from a solid dosage you will realize THE IMPORTANCE of taking your dosages in a very controlled timely manner (which is why cilantro is difficult to take in a regulated way to keep your blood levels consistent). it is PURE HELL and will make what you now think is a bad day...look ok.

NOOO JOKE! it is ALLL of your worst symptoms Exacerbated! and is NOTHING to screw around with. and I am not one to fear monger...but you must know that there are health techniques to try...and others that are TOO DAMANGING to risk without understanding. mercury getting loose and then not getting supported in it's departure is not one of them.

I would suggest you go read a ton of cutler's posts until you can comprehend mercury before you take anyone on this board's advice (including mine). it will answer a LOT of your questions and will get you more clear on what is right for you.
