Natural calm Raspberry only has stevia in it, I add more to make it sweeter with the lemon juice. no sugar.

I am NOOO expert on reading the hair results, but I did it as well so I am not entirely clueless.

first off, the number 68% on the top chart, is heavy metals. none of your numbers reached into that area. but how I look at it is all of the numbers are starting at 50%...which is THE AVERAGE of humans...which is NOT the same as 0% heavy metals in you. so for me I only used that area as a slight indicator of how messed up my body was, being they are comparing it to others, versus based on a person who has ZERO heavy metals. again, I could be wrong but that is how I read mine.

as for the second chart about minerals the numbers that stood out for me is most notably the Lithium which can REALLY affect your moods. I think we are supposed to get most of our lithium from water, but just keep in mind it is a mineral our bodies need...not an indication you are nuts :)

I had a number VERRRRY similar to yours in Lithium and I tried this product. I was super sick at the time so maybe it helped but I didn't notice...but the reviews of others is astounding so definitely worth a try!!!

I just thoroughly checked and they are the exact same ingredients/dosage so no clue on why one was discontinued only to continue under a new link with the exact same everything??

as for your stronium, that may not be a problem for you now but will definitely be a problem when you get older as your bones start showing their decay. I use Best brand for my stronium and I have my mom on it as well since she is having bone problems at 69. the reviews of it show people getting improved bone density scan results. and is definitely not something we want "catching up with us" when we can't turn it around as easily as when we are younger.

I don't know much about manganese.

but I will say this, the AMOUNT of magnesium I heap into my drink every day is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY beyond what I could sit around swallowing in pills. and magnesium is EXTREMLY important to thyroid and adrenal so if you were committed to doing one thing, I would do that. they suggest starting at 1/2 teaspoon daily, and I would do that...but I would build up to as much as your bowels can handle because I probably drink 4-5 TABLESPOONS daily and I genuinely attribute it to my fatigue and candida improving IMMENSELY(!!!!)

if you are mentally in a dark place, then I would make lithium my second purchase to see if it helps.

and lastly remember, if you want to get better you have to rebuild your "house" and it takes time so you can't afford to slack off occasionally. you can be depressed but you can't be inconsistent in your efforts TO SEE RESULTS. figure out what parts need support and build. do not try a hundred things and stop, or you are just going to create more confusion mentally and your body will still be unbuilt :)

even if you do not feel results immediately with ANYTHING you must keep in mind your body took years of decay and it is going to take SERIOUS SUPPORT for it to turn itself around.

draw a picture of your body and figure out which systems need their infrastructure rebuilt. like humaworm for parasites will help as well as all these other things. you have to approach the GRAND picture because they are all depending on other systems.

also, milk thistle for your liver to be strong enough to cart the toxins OUT.

THIS IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE but it is a challenge so mentally you have to focus and stay focused which is especially difficult when you are sick, BUT IT IS ESSENTIAL to keeping up the daily acts needed to rebuild.
