Such a statement is simply untrue. The material employed is hydrofluosilicic acid, not hydrofluoric acid, just as the label states.

One of the symptoms is loss of simple skills, such as precision in reading. I see symptoms of it in most interactions. It takes a trained observer to see it, but once observed it becomes quite apparent, in most of the population. They're not so much docile, as they are confused, irritable, and irrational. The cities attract the most intelligent people, for they desire to make "money", and the cities are where most of the water "treatment" occurs.
