What is the best treatment for me? Light beam generator, Magnetic Pulser, PEMF, or any others?

Well I have come a long way over the last 2 years, I have had bad eczema from doing a metal detox without enough knowledge which gave me full body eczema and mild hair loss from eczema in my scalp. I now lead a healthy life and only eat natural foods and nothing processed. I am almost cured of eczema from my naturopathic doctor, he gives me light beam generator treatments on my lymphatic system. After I get a treatment I take a abundance of chlorella to get the toxins out of my system.

Here is my question, I would like to get either a light beam generator, magnetic pulser, or pemf for home to give myself home treatments. Which is better for my condition (eczema, dry eyes, eczema in scalp causing hair loss) or is there something better out there that I am not aware of? Tweet
