You rule. I'm into it. I'm not sure if I'm fasting, but I'm doing a liguid thing right now. Yesterday and the day before I had OJ, herbs, olive oil, lecithin, molasses and nut milk, and I was really full. gonna stick with it! Just ordered some supplies from MH, so will have even more fun when they arrive!
As far as protien goes and all those people who worry so much about it, I don't get it. I have more than enough energy to run and lift weights with non-solid foods, so pooey to that nonsense. Wish I had a wheat grass juicer !
