Better: hypoglycemia, anxiety, insomnia, general energy, physical appearance of my body, candida, stools/digestion, sickness, self confidance/general mental state
Still working on:
libido (but have made a little progress), insomnia (better but not gone), dietary changes, stamina, adrenaline rushes.
I think for me personally there is still a missing link like a good intolerance or gluten issue (have 80% reduced carbs & gluten). Was just tested for histamine levels and I am borderline high.
