I've had that exploding head syndrome thing happen a few times in my life but I wasn't taking any supplements at the time. Thanks for the advanced warning though.
So in your experience, tryptophan is also much more potent than melatonin/high dose melatonin and even the high dose time released variants?
I just want to go into a deep sleep and even if I awaken I want to fall asleep again with ease. I haven't managed that with melatonin, even with doses of 10mg before bed or the supplements mentioned in my previous post.
