Congratulations on your progress. Sleeping must be nice. I am not able to fall asleep until the sun comes up, then I am awake a few hours later, though exhausted. It's getting a little better.
I have been on the nutritional balancing program via Dr. Lawrence Wilson for a little more than 1 week. Though I have followed the diet for half a year - give or take. I really have no improvements to share, though I hope I will in the soon future.
I wanted to ask you what you've done to stop your catabolic wasting. I definitely have a problem with this, including collagen breakdown, even at my young age. Eating every 2-3 hours helps.
