Re: High Ranking DOJ Official Refuses to Affirm 1st Amendment Rights

It seems the Hood Mothers are demanding prevention of crime, even if that means changing constitutional policy. If someone declares he is going to drive by and kill you and your entire family, and he has the freedom to say so, as long as he does not make good on his word, then what can be done about the threat until after the crime has occurred? Similar fine lines are being drawn right now on many levels, it seems.

The thing that bugs me the most is the fact that government will fight a war to obtain the natural resources of a another country, but not to prevent the people of that country from mutilating their children's genitals.
