Wow, you have been through alot. I would suggest trying raw garlic. Build yourself up to several cloves, 3-4 times daily for a week and see what happens. Garlic permeates the entire body, blood and skin.
Regarding paragone, I haven't taken it but from looking at the label, and from what has been posted here often, it's a weak product. Since you have it, you could try building yourself up to a higher dose.
