Headaches from Serine, and AdrenaCalm peters out. Why?

Has anyone else here had these issues? I was advised to take these two supplements by my naturopath based on high cortisol test result.

The AdrenaCalm worked wonders for one night, and then stopped having any effect at all.

The phosph. was calming, but caused intolerable headaches.

I can't find any of these reactions reported anywhere on the internet. Has anyone here had them, or have any idea why they'd be happening?
