Try to pull the K2 capsule apart and take a half in the morning and the other half at night with the D3. Always take a teaspoon of coconut oil or olive oil with your K2 for better absorption. Be sure to take magnesium glycinate,or magnesium malate and or spray magnesium chloride(oil) on your skin. D3 eats magnesium like candy and also has synergy with K2 mk4.
