thyroid peroxidase antibodies

Hi,
My thyroid levels have been tested and my TSH, T3, T4 is all normal, but I have high levels of thyroid peroxidase antibodies. I also have a slightly enlarged thyroid which I had an ultrasound done, but it didn't warrant any treatment. Everything I look up about having elevated antibodies, suggest being treated with thyroid hormone, however my symptoms point more toward hyperthyroidism. I have insomnia, nervousness, losing weight, etc. The insomnia started after having my first baby about 3 years ago (it was SEVERE insomnia, like 0-2 hours a night) and only the past year and a half has gotten somewhat normal. I know thyroid issues can be triggered by pregnancy, but of course the doctors won't treat because my other levels are normal. Does anyone have experience with high thyroid antibodies and hyperthyroid symptoms? I would like to go the natural route, but I don't know if I should treat for hypothyroid or hyper. Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
