I'm not an herbal expert, I'm just starting my healing journy myself trying to cure the hpv virus but in my research I've come up with olive leaf extract 500mg three times a day. The best brand that I've found is Solary? you want to get the one with the highest percentage of guaranteed extract. I also see that some people take very high ingestion of garlic like a whole bulb a day or 7 cloves 3x a day (crush and wait 10 minute before eating) but be very careful with that. Garlic is said to destroy viruses, some people also think it is toxic though, very confusing for me. I've also included bromelain first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, the enzymes should get to work on the virus shell? I've also read good things about monolauren. The bromelain would eat through the virus shell if it's composed of protein the monolauren is good for viruses that are surrounded by fat. Maybe someone can further elaborate on any of these options as I am so confused myself which direction to take. Tweet
