Need advice, especially Telman..Shall I keep doing LF?

I did the 1st Liver-Flush a few weeks ago and I feel great after a week of recovery with Liver supplements. I just get the ultrasound test result back today. Find no Gallstones (I am not surprised, a lot of CZ members have the same thing due to undetectable cholesterol stones) but it detects a tiny 5-mm Polyps on gallbladder. According to medical Wiki about gallbladder disease, it stated "
Gallbladder Polyps . Polyps (growths) are sometimes detected during diagnostic tests for gallbladder disease. Small Gallbladder Polyps (up to 10 mm) pose little or no risk, but large ones (greater than 15 mm) pose some risk for cancer, so the gallbladder should be removed. Patients with polyps 10 - 15 mm have a lower risk, but they should still discuss gallbladder removal with their doctor."

My question is: 1. Does LFlushing have any side effect on the Polyps enlargement? 2. Should I proceed the next flush?
I know that If I talk to the surgeon then he will probably recommend a removal surgery ($25K)..everything is a matter of $$$.
any advice would be greatly appreciate.
