Potatoes + meds question

I would just like to check if its ok to have potatoes on a daiy basis?

I am thinking for an evening meal along with fish/meat + veg.

I am on day 3 of the plan and noticing alot of changes.

Lastly do the candida force or detox essentials need to be taken away from my thyroid/adrenal meds or is there no interference.
