Now, that I know about the body taking up the wrong nutrients like radioactive iodine instead of the real iodine, I wonder if this applies to all nutrients.
They enrich our foods with ferrite iron which the body can't use, but takes it up and copper pipes provides a useless copper our body takes up. When our body needs the nutrient, it can't use these false molecular look-alikes.
This problem could be related to all the processed foods enriched with false vitamins and minerals, especially bread products.
