vunk i understand your frustration i am same age as you and it sucks!!! hate my life right about now some clowns thnk we are depressed only deppressed cause of our shitty lipss! i hate to annoy you but you didnt really go into detail if your dont mind i would appreciate it as i see you are nearly cured.

-how long you been doing the leave it alone theory?
-you say you have good diet? are you like on anti candida diet or???
-are you taking any supplements?
-did you have like a few major crusting cycles with thickness and then did the cycles become less thin?
-also you say you trim your lips with nail scissors how long you been doing that for?
-are you taking any supplements?
