Shingles-can pulse magnetic therapy help with pain

Hi, I have shingles. Does anyone know if pulse magnetic therapy would help. I'm wondering if it would be worth it to purchase one of the sota pulsers. Help with this please. I have a terminator II. Are these basically the same thing? Any help greatly appreciated. I think I got shingles because when I was in nursing they required all these immunizations and since I didn't have record of having chicken pox I had to get that one as well.
