Ive tried a combo hawthorn, and a few others, ceyenne, bilberry sea buckthorn, garlic, it may brought it down a bit. What Ive found in the last month or so green powder has worked the best. from 160's to 140's, is now 113 to 125. it takes a month or so to see results two teaspoons a day I take mine in coffee and
