I myself was gonna start with more fermented foods for healing, but I came across an article that my Dr. whom I am working through wrote and warns against certain foods for fermenting. http://www.drlwilson.com/ARTICLES/FERMENTS.htm
So I did shy away from doing so. He does recommend a few that are good for you in the article.
Just wanted to put this out there,maybe do some more research before doing so.
