To say you don't believe in Iodine is like saying you don't believe in oxygen or water.

All are imperative to the human body for health.

Iodine is found in all parts of the body.

Many things can be manufactured in the body. Iodine, water and oxygen are not among them. They all MUST be replaced.

To obtain Iodine from plants is great - highly recommended. You simply need to be aware that mosts plants today are DEFICIENT in iodine, because the soils are deplete in iodine.

Blame it on man's ignorance of proper farming protocols and the scraping of surface soils but however you look at it you need to ensure you are getting enough.

How much you take, and the form in which you take it, is just as individualistic as we all are. Just make sure you're getting it in some form and take it on a regular basis.
