Did I burn my kidneys?

Hi, I am not sure what's going on and it is making me nervous about my kidneys and I am wondering what I should do? I took oil of oregano many months ago for candida. I was on a dose of about 108mg of Carvacrol and Thymol (2 pills), daily, for approximately 4 weeks. Ever since then, my kidneys are extra sensitive. After I killed some candida with kefir, it got worse (in the last month). Many nights I am waking up at 4 to 5 AM with some pain in my shoulder blades. I sometimes feel pain in the middle of my back, perhaps the kidney tubes? And sometimes in the lower part. But i feel it most in the shoulder blade area. It is not super painful, but something I have not experienced before. Also, I did have a dull headache for about a week.

I took d-mannose and lemon juice daily for 10 days, and the pain got less over time. But it hasn't completely gone away (the dull headche has gone away). I find that when I am hydrated, it doesn't bother me. But if i don't maintain hydration, such as during the night, I'm in some pain in the morning. I don't have any puffiness, foamy urine or any other symptoms associated with kidney disease or infection. No history of stones. Just this new sensitivity.

I read that Thymol can be toxic to kidneys. Plus it has the ability to burn flesh. I'm thinking I burned my kidneys. I definitely think it is the oil of oregano because while I was taking it I got pain in the kidneys. I stayed on it for a bit longer, and then stopped as the pain got worse.
