This doesn't make any sense to me. Zero plain water? What does that mean? Tap water? That I understand, but as for the minerals naturally contained in water it's been known forever that they ARE necessary and beneficial, so I can't buy that. And lots of people benefit from certain nuts, for example my body seems to "like" raw almonds and walnuts (but in moderation), so I can't buy that either. And no vegetables because they have anti-nutrients? Oh please, yes there's some like oxalic acid in spinach and goitrogens in cruciferous raw veggies but that hardly has anything to do with blood pressure control. No cheese or milk is understandable, but not the rest, it sounds there may not be much to eat at all. What makes more sense to me is what Dr. Batmanghelidj wrote about essential hypertension being nothing more than prolongued dehydration.
