Re: The End of Antibiotics and the Rise of Iodine as an Effective Alternative
Thanks JustThinking!
Hi Jam1,
Yes, that feeling of disappointment right? That's exactly why I posted this article.
When I tell people about iodine, the first reaction is usually: "Well, hope you don't die from taking it." People are that scared.
Also, they cannot believe that docs would really ignore any known research like that. They don't realise that docs themselves are being kept ignorant, they cannot believe this!
Somehow there must be a way to get all the knowledge about
Iodine to the general public, knowledge that has been around for hundreds of years by the way!
Why is bathing in the dead sea so good for people with psoriasis? And why doesn't the "same" treatment work at home (salt water from the dead sea in your tub) work as well? Could that because then the
Iodine is missing that you get from bathing in the sea (minimal I agree), but also from the foods you eat around the dead sea (the fish and sea greens etc)?
The following is flabbergasting to me as well: you go to the doc with some kind of cancer, you get it either cut out or nuked out, damaging the body to no end during the process. The docs do nothing to help make your body stronger so it can fight any future cancer..... And then they're surprised when the cancer returns?! Why wouldn't it return! It's far more amazing to me that sometimes it DOESN'T return.
Why are pregnant women so extremely tired in the first part of their pregnancy? Why does their brain sort of stop working? That's because the baby has not got a thyroid of his/her own yet and so shares your thyroid for a while. But why is your thyroid not able to provide for that teeny weeny baby? That's because your poor thyroid simply cannot produce any more thyroid hormone on 125 mcg of
Iodine a day! I just best that's it!
It would be interesting to know if any ladies out here, that were on iodine during their pregnancy, could tell if they experienced less tiredness and fogginess.
Somehow we as a people should be able to perform research without the need to get funding from a pharmaceutical company. Real independent research. I just know that the findings from that kind of research could make the cost of healthcare so much lower. Also important: it would make healthcare available to anyone: rich or poor. And it would make healthcare something more accessible and not just for doctors. Anyone with a good healthy working brain should be allowed to help the process along!
